Drivetrain fitting the primary housing

The engine and transmission are lined up now, and all their bolts are torqued down to 30 Ft Ibs.

I have started fitting the motor plate and belt drive. This has been 'on and off' a few times while ive been adjusting and checking alignments........ and getting through to those hidden engine mount bolts.

Its nice to see that chain gap away from the tyre (8mm), finally things are straight!! I am red lock tightening all 8 bolts that secure the primary.
